El sainete de la paz santista

La paz santista es un híbrido semántico, construido para descuadernar a Colombia y legalizar en Cuba el matoneo de las FARC. No es la paz. La sigla FARC contextualiza masacres y millares de afectados, pero se puso de moda un sainete con nueva jerga, que los muestra como víctimas, no como terroristas, ni narcotraficantes, ni autores de crímenes de lesa humanidad; al contrario, los angeliza y pretende distanciarlos de la justicia internacional, porque la nacional forma parte del elenco. En la obra, las FARC firman la paz y reciben patente de congresistas, impunidad y legalización de las tierras que usurparon, armas, y tantos dólares que no caben en la imaginación. La paz lo justifica. Se fractura el país en dos mitades, y se trata de  apagar la hoguera de las FARC, incendiando el país nacional. Santos, protagonista/antagonista, no quiere la paz, quiere el acuerdo, así hunda las instituciones, y trasgreda la Ley. Derriba cualquier precepto moral y jurídico que se le oponga. En platea, la mitad del público canta con candidez, una canción en la cual la paz emerge al ritmo de la rúbrica de Iván Márquez, y la otra mitad se ahoga advirtiendo que la violencia fue engendrada por gobernantes que centralizaron y concentraron los recursos del pueblo en unas cuantas capitales y en unos cuantos capitalistas de izquierda y de derecha, y olvidaron al país periférico. Un extra de andrajos alza la voz y una caja de tomates -¡Si firman el acuerdo y sigue el abandono, ¿Pa´ qué acuerdo?! Nadie le para bolas y el andrajoso se mete entre el público a vender los tomates y a pedir un pan. Santos camina victorioso por el foro, acompañado de Inescrupuloso y Ambición, y aupado desde bambalinas por varios congresistas y periodistas. También lo corean dos personajes de túnica blanca, lupa y balanza descuadrada, el camarada Montealegre y el magistrado Leonidas Bustos, carcelero del exgobernador Luis Alfredo Ramos, quienes representan la majestad de la Justicia. El camarada aflauta la voz y promete cárcel para los opositores e impunidades a sus guerrilleros. Lo apoya el magistrado, quien pontifica, doctoralmente, que la paz debe estar por encima de la Ley. El sainete incluye un teatrino de sordos, un guión de 800 páginas escrito por 12 escritores contratados, y una jerga que se juega con palabras que suenan igual y significan distinto. Canta el coro desde el foso: - Oh FARC, no guerrilla, no terrorista, no delincuente. Oh, FARC, ejército beligerante, guardia rural, que no secuestra, retiene; que no narcotrafica, cobra peaje, que no recluta niños, los adopta; que no extorsiona, cobra impuesto. Oh FARC, donde las niñas no son violadas, sino que cumplen con la revolución, donde las armas no se entregan, sino que se les hace dejación. Oh FARC, gracias te damos por la paz que nos firmarás. Varios actores se adelantan, y sin mirarse dicen: Santos: - Las FARC se arrepintieron de sus crímenes. Santrich:   Riendo - Quizás, quizás, quizás. Guión: - La culpa es del Gobierno, no de las FARC Santos: - La paz se firmará pronto. FARC: - No firmaremos una paz exprés. Nos tomaremos nuestro tiempo. Guión: La culpa es de la injusticia social, no de las FARC Santos: - Se impondrán penas mínimas a los cabecillas. FARC: - No pagaremos un día de cárcel. Guión: La culpa es del ejército, por perseguir a las FARC Santos, a los soldados: - Atrapen a los cabecillas. Santos, a los cabecillas: - Viajen a La Habana, que no permitiré que los atrapen. FARC: - Exigimos que el Estado reduzca el presupuesto de la guerra. FORBES: - El presupuesto de las FARC para la guerra es mayor que el del Ministerio de Defensa. Guión: La culpa es de la aristocracia, de los oligarcas, de los conservadores, de los liberales, no de las FARC. FARC, al gobierno - Exigimos reducir la tropa. FARC, a su gente: - Recluten, recluten, recluten. Santos, a los soldados: -Tranquilos, recibirán los mismos beneficios de la guerrilla Un coro de víctimas de blanco traje y flor en mano, anuncia perdones y oculta escarapelas de funcionarios y contratistas del Estado, mientras en proscenio, Mockus arenga una marcha por la vida, en favor de los campeones de la muerte, por 480 millones de pesos. Santos y el Fiscal viajan al exterior para vender boletas, el primero pide a sus homólogos presidentes, lo que la diplomacia no niega, bendición internacional, que ya dio Obama, y el Papa viene en lista. Hay un súbito revuelo, porque la Corte Penal Internacional advirtió que todo delito de lesa humanidad debe castigarse con pena privativa de la libertad, y apareció en el escenario un actor improvisado, la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, sugiriendo irrespetuosa, que se adecúe el Marco Jurídico para la Paz a los estándares internacionales sobre Derechos Humanos, y al Estatuto de Roma. Las FARC amenazan con retirarse del sainete y Rajoy pide a la ONU que le diga a la Corte que no se meta en el libreto. Las FARC rearmadas y aumentadas en los dos años, son las nuevas divas y declaran que solo aceptarán el papel de protagonista/antagonista, que Santos desempeña. El telón no baja, pero media platea los aplaude con euforia. @mariojpachecog English version The one-act farce of Santos Peace. The Santist peace is a semantic hybrid, built to take Colombia into pieces, to legalize in Cuba the FARC bullying. It is not peace. The acronym FARC contextualizes massacres and thousands of affected ones but became fashionable like a farce with new jargon, which shows them as victims, not as terrorists or drug dealers or perpetrators of crimes against humanity; on the contrary, it angelizes them and pretends to distance them from international justice, because the national justice is part of the cast. In this drama, the FARC signs peace and receives congressional patent, impunity and legalization of lands encroached on, weapons, and tons of dollars that do not fit in the imagination. Peace warrants it. The country is split into two halves, to extinguish the fire of the FARC off, burning the home country. Santos, protagonist / antagonist, does not want peace, wants the agreement even if it sinks institutions, and transgresses the law. Tears down any moral and legal precept that opposes it. In the orchestra floor, half the audience sings candidly, a song in which peace emerges in time to the rubric of Ivan Marquez, and the other half is slowly drowned warning that violence was engendered by rulers who centralized and concentrated the resources of the people in a few provincial capitals and in a few wealthy capitalists of left and right, and they forgot about the peripheral country. A ragged beggar raises his voice and a box of tomatoes-¡If they sign the agreement and my misery continues, ¿What is the agreement for?! Nobody pays attention to the ragged character, who in the audience, continues selling tomatoes and begging for a piece of bread. Santos walks victorious through the forum, accompanied by a lack of Qualms and a strong Ambition, and boosted behind the scenes by several congressmen and journalists. So two characters wearing white robes, magnifying glasses, and unbalanced scales, comrade Montealegre and Judge Leonidas Bustos, jailer of former Governor Luis Alfredo Ramos, represent the majesty of justice. The comrade with high-pitched voice, promises jail for the opponents of the process and impunity to its fighters. He is supported by the magistrate, who pontificates on, and preaches doctrinaire, that peace should be above the law. The one-act farce includes a deaf theatrical trill, with a 800-page script written by 12 hired writers, and a jargon that is played with words that sound alike and mean different. The chorus sings from the pit: - Oh FARC no guerrillas, no terrorists, no offenders. Oh, FARC, belligerent army, rural guard, who doesn´t kidnap, retains; doesn´t narcotraffic, takes its toll, which does not recruit children, adopts them; does not extort, charges tax. Oh FARC, where girls are not raped, but who fulfill their obligations to the revolution, where guns are not handed over, but relinquished. Oh FARC, we give thanks for the peace that you will sign us. Several parties come forward and say without looking: Santos: - The FARC repented of their crimes. Santrich: Laughing- Perhaps, perhaps, perhaps. Screenplay: - blame the government, not the FARC Santos: - Peace will soon be signed. FARC: - We shall not sign an express peace. We´ll take our time. Screenplay: Blame it on social injustice, not the FARC Santos: - Minimum penalties will be imposed on the ringleaders. FARC: - We´ll not pay one day in jail. Screenplay: blame the army for persecuting the FARC Santos, soldiers: - Catch the ringleaders. Santos, to the ringleaders: - Travel to Havana, I will not let you be caught. FARC: - We demand that the government reduce the budget of war. FORBES: - The budget of the FARC for war is greater than the budget of the Defense Ministry. Screenplay: Blame it on the aristocracy, the oligarchs, conservatives, liberals, not the FARC. FARC, we demand to reduce the government troops. FARC, to its people: - Recruit, recruit, recruit. Santos to soldiers: -Tranquil, you´ll  receive the same benefits. A chorus of victims in white dress and flowers in hand, announces pardons and, with well-hidden rosettes state officials and contractors sing. Meanwhile, in the proscenium, Mockus harangues a march for life, for the champions of death, by 480 million pesos. Santos and Fiscal travel abroad to sell tickets. The president request from its counterparts, which diplomacy not deny, international blessing, which already gave Obama and the Pope coming in list. There is a sudden commotion, because the International Criminal Court warned that crimes against humanity should be punished with deprivation of liberty, and it appeared a makeshift stage actor, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, disrespectfully suggesting that Legal Framework for Peace must be suited to international standards on Human Rights and the Rome Statute. The FARC threatened to withdraw from the one-act farce and Rajoy asks the UN to tell the Court not to get into the script. The FARC rearmed and increased in this two years are the new prima donna and declare that they will only accept Santos take the role of protagonist / antagonist.The curtain is not down, but half the audience applauds with euphoria. mariojpachecog
